Lets just leave the Terms simple right now and pray that we never have any problems with this. So basically I have two rules

1. Don't ever claim any of the graphics that I have made as your own. Ever. Not even if you edit them.

2. If its something I made, link back when you use it for a website (ie. if you use an avatar on your site, link back. If you use an avatar on a message board or some such thing, link not required, tho always appreciated.^^)
